Hirosegawa Susumu is the most well known and well published gay comic artist in Japan, and I think his site is certainly more X to R rated and cuter than mine, but he himself says, "you can see many sexy illustrations in Japanese taste," and you can send messages in English as well to his BBS or to him personally. In correspondence I have found him to be very sweet, and more bilingual than he lets on.
